ValueCorp is an independent high direction consulting firm, specialized in corporate value building based in Montreal, Canada, working worldwide.
The ValueCorp approach was developed from experience in servicing clients by Wolfgang U. Molina, who worked primarily in strategy and business valuations engagements when he was a McKinsey & Co consultant, before founding the firm in Caracas in mid-1995 to assist clients in corporate value analysis and strategic decision making based on corporate value creation. He lives in Montreal since 2005 where he added to his educational background (doctorate in Applied Chemistry + MBA) a Post-MBA from McGill University.
